Context
Atelier Forma runs a small design studio. The portfolio had grown for years without a plan — projects sat in unlabelled galleries, and the contact form hid at the foot of a long page. The site took over four seconds to load.
An architecture studio with a scattered portfolio and a buried contact route. We restructured how projects are presented and shortened the path to a conversation.

Atelier Forma runs a small design studio. The portfolio had grown for years without a plan — projects sat in unlabelled galleries, and the contact form hid at the foot of a long page. The site took over four seconds to load.
Visitors arrived on a referral and looked for proof of competence, but could not judge the scale or scope of past work. The studio lost enquiries at precisely the point where interest was highest.
We started with the portfolio itself: every project gained a fact panel, a scope summary and a lead image. We then rebuilt navigation around project types rather than chronology. The form gave way to a short call to action present in every section.
An Astro site with a CMS-ready content system the studio uses to add projects itself. Images are served in modern formats and loaded lazily, so the site opens in under a second.

For the first time we send clients our website without explaining where to find things.
